The 4th itSMF Hellas Conference on IT Service Management in collaboration with Netweek took place on May 18, 2011.

The conference theme for 2011 was "Transform Services and Minimize Costs Through ITSM" and was hosted at OTE Academy, Pelika & Spartis 1, Maroussi.

The annual conference in its fourth year, had a primary focus on the exploitation of IT Service Management best practices to attain cost reduction through challenging times. International speakers joined the conference attendees to share their views and experience from a global perspective. A number of case studies were presented from the Greek industry which signalled an increased adoption of IT Service Management best practices by organisations within Greece.

More than 185 delegates attended the conference which was intended for the CEO, CIO, IT Governance Executive, IT Infrastructure Manager, IT Architect, System Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Business Analyst, Solution and IT Services Provider.
