Dear friends and colleagues,
I am proud to announce that the 3rd IT Service Management Conference will take place on Tuesday, April, 27th at OTE Academy, co-organised by itSMF Hellas and netweek. This year the focus is on “Implementing IT Service Management with Measurable Success” with a number of International and Greek key speakers presenting business cases and successful project implementations of Service Management.
The Conference will be the ideal platform for exchanging views and sharing experiences regarding IT Service Management (ITSM) between IT professionals and Greek organisations and institutes. Furthermore, itSMF Hellas’ goal is to contribute to the ongoing improvement of professionalism in the IT industry.
May I also grasp this opportunity to invite you to become a member of itSMF Hellas, the Greek chapter of the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF), the only truly independent and internationally-recognised forum for IT Service Management professionals worldwide with presence in over 50 countries.
Looking forward seeing you at the Conference,
Tassos Alefantos
