Panagiotis Mastrogiannis serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of itSMF Hellas, the Greek national chapter of the IT Service Management Forum. In this capacity, he supports the strategic direction and governance of the chapter, contributes to its modernisation agenda, and helps strengthen the position of the ITSM discipline within the Greek and wider South-East European market.

Professionally, he is the Chief Information Officer at Telecroft, where he leads the organisation’s technology strategy, IT service management, cloud infrastructure, and service governance functions. He brings deep expertise in ITIL-aligned frameworks, regulatory compliance including NIS2 and DORA, and the design and delivery of end-to-end IT service transformations that drive operational excellence and align technology strategy with business outcomes.

With a career spanning more than two decades, Panagiotis has held senior roles in IT Service Management, Technology Operations, Cloud Infrastructure, and IT Governance across major organisations in Greece and internationally, with exposure across Europe, APAC, and Latin America. As an ITIL 4 Master, one of the highest global certifications in the field, he has led complex ITSM transformations, built high-performing IT operations teams, and advised organisations on service management strategy at executive and board level. He also serves as a PeopleCert Ambassador for ITIL and PRINCE2, reflecting his standing in the global best-practice community.

He holds the ITIL 4 Master certification alongside multiple internationally recognised qualifications in IT Service Management, Cloud Infrastructure, and Technology Operations Leadership. As Vice Chair, he plays an active role in the chapter’s governance, partnership development, and member engagement, and remains committed to advancing the growth and professionalisation of ITSM in Greece.
