Krikor Maroukian

Member and International Representative

Dr. Krikor Maroukian is a professor at the School of Business and Economics, Deree – The American University of Greece and an experienced technology strategist; Microsoft Technical Leadership Development Program (TLDP) alumnus, an ex-Microsoft Worldwide Academy facilitator, and author of two publications ITIL4: “High Velocity IT” (2019) and “Acquiring and Managing Cloud Services” (2021). Krikor is also a certified Microsoft AI Associate and an Oxford University AI Program alumnus with international experience in worldwide program-based and product-centric environments.

Krikor has over 18 years of progressive experience spanning all aspects of IT and leadership, cloud governance, service management, DevOps, project management and model-driven business engineering, with a proven track record of success. Krikor has been editor (2013-2018) and is a regular columnist since 2013 in ‘Netweek’; a Greek monthly tech executive magazine.

Krikor served as chairman of the IT Service Management Forum Greece (2014-2019), Member and International Representative (2020-present), and General Secretary of the British Computer Society Hellenic Section (2013-2018). Krikor has been invited to the Judging Committee of PMO Global Alliance Awards 2021/22/23, the DevOps and Agile Awards Greece 2024/25/26, AI and Data Awards 2025/26 and served as organizing committee lead for IT Service Management, DevOps and Lean IT conferences.
